Trip Cost:  $2399

Early Bird Special:  $200 off until June 15th

Deposit: $500 (non-refundable)

Remaining Balance Due: 100 days before the trip (December 1st)

Non-Refundable Deposit: 

The $500 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellation made more than 100 days and 60 days before the trip (Dec1-31):  50% refund of the total trip cost, excluding the $500 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made less than 60 days before the trip (after December 31st): No refunds will be issued.

Early Bird Special:  

If you cancel and have taken advantage of the Early Bird Special ($200 off), the refund policy above still applies to the net amount paid after the discount.

Transfer of Booking:

If you are unable to attend the retreat, you may transfer your booking to another person.  All transfer requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.  Transfers made less than 60 days before the trip are not guaranteed.
