Trip Cost:  $2599

Super Early Bird Special:  $200 off for first 4 ppl to sign up or until April 27th

Early Bird Special:  $100 off for the next 5 ppl to sign up or until May 11th

Deposit: $500 (non-refundable)

Remaining Balance Due: 100 days before the trip (January 11th)

Non-Refundable Deposit: 

The $500 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellation made more than 100 days and 60 days before the trip (January 11th - February 20th):  50% refund of the trip cost, excluding the $500 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made less than 60 days before the trip (after February 20th): No refunds will be issued.

Super Early Bird, Early Bird & Friend Special:  

If you cancel and have taken advantage of any of the Special ($200, $100 & $50), the refund policy above still applies to the net amount paid after the discount.

Transfer of Booking:

If you are unable to attend the retreat, you may transfer your booking to another person.  All transfer requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.  Transfers made less than 60 days before the trip are not guaranteed.
